Integrated Management Policy

Saba Naft Engineering and Construction Company which has served for the development of our beloved homeland Iran, in the field of investment, design and implementation of civil projects including construction of settlements, mass housing, high-rise buildings, residential, office and commercial buildings in the last two decades, believes that "to continue serving in the field of construction with a greater fruitful and successful presence in national and international projects" it is necessary to exploit modern management tools, thus with the help of beneficent god's power, we have imparted establishment of integrated management system in accordance with standards of ISO 9001: 2008, OHSAS18001: 2007, ISO14001: 2004 to all levels of the organization and we count it mandated throughout the whole organization.

In order to achieve the above goals, employees need to know following principles:

  • building confidence and increasing the level of customer satisfaction by implementation of projects within schedule and expected level of quality.
  • Increasing the skill level of human resources through required continuous trainings.
  • Financing, according to project needs and its intelligent navigation through investment policies with respect to economic feasibility of the projects.

  • continually improving the effectiveness of the quality management system according to required reviews, measurement and monitoring the quality objectives and processes.
  • promoting the culture of inclusiveness and quality, health and safety in order to increase efficiency and optimize costs.
  • identifying and developing required processes by integrated management system of the organization.
  • Regarding safety and health principles in projects in order to provide safety for human resources in the workplace and environmental protection.
  • working on the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases.
  • Risk assessment and controlling HSE risks in the organization.
  • providing and using high-quality materials tailored to the needs of the project and the quality level expected by customers.

Processes and quality objectives required for the integrated management system in the organization are defined, created, deployed and maintained and its performance is regularly is reported by the management representative in order to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Achieving the goal of quality policy will be possible only through participation of all employees in order to fulfill the above-mentioned principles. Therefore, all employees in addition to being responsible for the effective and faithful implementation of quality management system are expected to have full knowledge of all provisions of the quality policy, as a rubric for their activities.
